It’s natural to let go. We let go all day long just don’t we are doing it. Laughing, crying, falling asleep, changing attention from one thing to another, switching perspective are all examples of ways we let go all day long but don’t realize we are letting go. Because we don’t release when we are naturally letting go, when we want to let go, when we CHOOSE to let go, we think we don’t know HOW.
Letting go doesn’t mean we ignore or override any thoughts and feelings. It just means we get to decide or CHOOSE what thoughts and feelings we are going to focus on in any given moment and what to do with those thoughts and feelings. We can choose what to do with a thought or a feeling once we know HOW to let go. This means that we never have to be afraid of a thought or a feeling again.
