Everyone experiences resistance. Resistance is often seen as a negative experience but in The Sedona Method we don’t give resistance as negative connotation. We see resistance as just another feeling and just another energy that has a sensation like all the other feelings on the list of feelings. And we see resistance as something that can be easily processed so that it can dissolve effortlessly. Think of how many situations we have in life that can stir up resistance; paying bills, doing any kind of paper work, learning new tasks, dealing with disagreements. the funny thing about resistance is that we can feel resistance to doing things that we love like swimming, playing with our cat or dog, gardening, going to choir practice, skiing, going to a museum or a play or a ball game. So resistance can get in the way of performing uncomfortable tasks and engaging in enjoyable ones as well. Imagine being able to notice resistance, no longer judging yourself for experiencing resistance and being able to dissolve it effortlessly and getting on with your live with more ease.
