Releasing is an internal process. Letting go inside doesn’t mean that we stop thinking and asking questions completely. When we are in the world interacting with others or at work or have a problem we can still use our mind to think and ask questions. However when we let go of wanting to figure things out internally the answers to the questions come more easily. And we are able to see solutions to problems with more clarity and ease as well. Letting go of wanting to figure things out internally allows us to let go of our biases and our filters that get in the way of having understanding and insight. The mind becomes more open and receptive to the answers it is looking for. Lastly, remember that every releasing question is “just for right now.” The questions never ask “Could you let go of _______ (fill in the blank) forever?”
